Excellent Care, Doctors Nurses (Everyone) gave Dad time to talk and they listened.
Food excellent – always asked what he wanted – very flexible
Care was EXCEPTIONAL

On my answer of all questions, very good is not enough. It was excellent service I had. Nurse is very professional on how to talk to the patient & relatives. She explained everything clear and understood.

I just didn't think it would be like it has been here, which has been "five stars" - great people, facilities great - lovely food as well!

The food is excellent, the main meals are delicious. I enjoyed the roasts and you can tell the food is home-made and care has been put into it. The catering staff are friendly and are happy to try to make what you want. As a visitor/carer, it is wonderful to have a lovely meal without any effort on my part! Special thanks to Wendy and Bobby who go above and beyond - the veg is always cooked to perfection.

Received fantastic care from the start from everyone. All the staff are friendly and kind and made me feel important. They made me feel calm and supported and managed to get my pain under control within a couple of days. They really got to know me and nothing was too much trouble.

The domestic staff are very friendly, chatty and helpful. They are respectful and professional, cleaning the rooms without disruption, they are quietly cleaning; everywhere is clean and fresh and tidy. They do a brilliant job.
